Invitations and rewards

An invitation link stores the first referral in a technical cookie for up to 30 days. The server records the link between the invited and referring accounts, issued promo codes and their use. A hash of the Telegram identifier prevents repeated Telegram rewards. These records support discounts and prevent duplicate rewards.

Deleting a chat message hides it on the website. Its record remains for the conversation retention period to prevent repeated delivery and spam. Messages not delivered within 10 minutes are canceled. Copies already delivered to the operator in Telegram are not automatically deleted.

Operator and contact

Account and sign-in

Registration stores your name, email, creation date and terms acceptance. Passwords and recovery codes are stored as one-way hashes for sign-in and recovery, never as the original password.

When configured, Google sign-in requests only your name, email, email verification status and Google account identifier. It does not request access to mail or files. Google tokens are used during sign-in and are not retained for other services.

The sign-in cookie lasts up to 30 days; the temporary Google sign-in cookie lasts up to 10 minutes. A new Google identity is temporarily held to complete registration. The confirmation step expires after 10 minutes. The account is created after you accept the website terms. Account details remain until you request deletion through support. Promo codes are checked against the cart on the server; applying a code does not place an order or create a payment.

Information we use

Your cart stores service and plan identifiers and quantities on your device separately for each account, without card details. Support stores message text, ticket number, timestamps and the account association. Sign in to access support and see the same conversation on another device.

Connecting Telegram stores an association between the chat identifier and your account. Messages from the website and linked Telegram chat belong to the same conversation. You can disconnect Telegram on the support page. Reviews store rating, text, public display name, submission source, timestamp and moderation status. Website reviews require sign-in and use the name from your account. Telegram reviews without a separately chosen public name use “Guest”; the Telegram profile name and username are not used as the author name.

Anti-spam controls use request counters and a hash of a connection address when supplied by trusted infrastructure. Hosting providers may maintain their own access logs.

Purposes and consent

Messages are processed to answer your enquiry and help with subscriptions. Before sending a website message, you explicitly agree to its processing and forwarding to the operator through Telegram. A review requires separate consent to public display before moderation.

Browsing the catalog does not subscribe you to marketing. The cart stores your selection; technical safeguards protect the service from misuse.

Third parties and public content

Support messages, your account name and ticket numbers are forwarded to the operator through Telegram, a third-party service with its own data practices. Processing may occur outside your country. Do not send information you are unwilling to share this way. Website hosting infrastructure also processes information needed to operate the service. We do not sell or publicly display support conversations.

After separate publication consent and moderation, a review’s rating, text, author name and date may appear on the website and in the bot. Website reviews automatically use the name from your account. Telegram reviews without a chosen public name use “Guest”; the Telegram profile name and username are not published. Do not include private data or someone else’s information. Reviews are not labelled verified purchases without an actual purchase check.

Payments are not connected. We do not collect or store card details. This policy will be updated with the actual payment provider before payments are enabled.

Retention and security

Support conversations are removed from the working database after 90 days of inactivity. Unpublished reviews and bot drafts are removed after 30 days. Published reviews remain until consent is withdrawn, a deletion request is handled or they are no longer used.

Messages already delivered to Telegram follow Telegram’s retention rules. Removing a record from the website database does not automatically remove its Telegram copy. The operator considers requests to remove copies under their control.

The cart remains until you clear it or your browser data. Support and website review submission use your account sign-in cookie; reviews also use a separate technical cookie lasting up to 30 days. Server access is restricted and operator permissions are checked. HTTPS protects traffic when the website is hosted with HTTPS. Never send passwords, login codes or full payment credentials.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent or ask for your review to be unpublished. Include your ticket or review number so we can find the record. We may need to verify ownership. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal retention obligations.
